The information contained in this website including all images, illustrations, designs, photographs, writings and other materials that appear herein, are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the “Contents”) by Art Aeri Ltd or its affiliates or are the property of their respective owners.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute, download, and print in hard copy portions of this site for the purposes of:

1. Placing an order with the website or 2. Using this site as a shopping resource, provided you do not modify the website and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the contents.

Terms

All items in the on line catalogue are offered subject to prior sale. All items remain the property of the vendor until payment is received in full. Goods are being dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.

Conditions

All items are guaranteed genuine originals, published / printed around the time specified, unless stated otherwise. Each item is in excellent condition unless otherwise described, allowing for the usual minor imperfections of early material. Care has been taken in noting serious flaws. All map and graphic measurements are given for images in centimetres (cm), height first, excluding margins. All maps are black and white unless otherwise stated. Colouring is by hand at about the time of publication (original or contemporary colour), except where noted (recent or later colour or printed in colours). A more detailed condition report can be requested by e mail.

Prices

All prices are in Euro (€). Sales tax (VAT) is included in the price and price without tax is also stated. The buyer is responsible for all costs for customs clearance at the final destination, import duties and VAT which might apply for the import into the country of delivery. Postage and Insurance is not included in the sale price and is paid separately.

Ordering

Orders can be made via e mail, fax and regular mail or via telephone, where the availability of an item can be guaranteed. Orders are dealt with in strict order of receipt.

Return Policy

Items may be returned if not exactly as described, in the condition in which they arrived, properly packed and fully insured and at the expense of the Buyer, using the same method of shipment. The product should be back in the company’s premises no later than 14 working days from the date that the product is delivered to the customer’s location.

Please save the product and the original packaging and notify Art Aeri Ltd, at info@artaeri.com immediately and within the first 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Customers can return a product for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date at the customer’s location. The returned product must be in the exact same condition as it was received by the customer. Products that have been used, damaged or stained in any manner will not be accepted. Return shipping to Art Aeri Ltd premises is at the customer’s expense. Returned products can be exchanged with another product(s) of the same value if the customer wishes so.

Cancellation Policy

For any reason you can cancel any order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the items only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrike-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice.

Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Claims for damaged goods must only be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Signing for goods accepts the goods into you care and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
