Rodolphe Guilland Joseph (1888 - 1981) French Byzantinist.

He attended high school in his hometown and high school Ampere Lyon. He made a career as a secondary school teacher in Constantine, Grenoble, Lyon and Paris ( lycée Charlemagne ). His bibliography includes 192 titles, ranged from 1921 to 1980.
